Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original Freez tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your garments and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal or visit your local post office to send the parcel to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
